Location Picker

The Location Picker dialog functions in a very similar fashion to the Contact and Venue picker dialogs.

It has two main functions

1: Allows the selection of a location

1. Select the Existing Tab
2. All existing storage locations are displayed.
   
   
3. Entries can be filtered by selecting a value from one or more of the header field drop downs (1)
   These fields are from left to right:-
   
   • Warehouse
   • Row
   • Bay
   • Shelf
   • Capacity
   • Type
     
4. Use the drop down filters to narrow the data set the entry you are interested in.
   (If you need to create a new location, you can create one per below)
   Tip: Click on the icon to reset the filters if needed
   .
5. Once you have identified the location, click the select button to the right to update strokeone that the item(s) is now located there.
   
   

2: Allows the creation of a New Location

1. Select the New tab.
   
   
2. Enter the following data:-

• Shelf
• Bay
• Row
• Warehouse
• Type
• Capacity
• Capacity Unit

3. Click Create

The created location can now be used in the Location Picker dialog.
