How to View the Call History for Prospect

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have opened the prospect list view

Procedure

  1. Identify the prospect that you wish to see the call history for
  2. Click the History button the right of the prospect identified in step 1)


  3. The Call History pop-up appears

  4. The left pane lists the call history records that have been recorded for the Prospect.
  5. Specifically the following fields are shown:-

    Field

    Instructions

    Status Light

    An indicator to show whether the call record has been completed or not,

    Scheduled

    The date of when the call to the prospect should occur

    Actual

    The date of when the scheduled call to the prospect occurred. This is set when the finish button is clicked

    Type

    The Type of the Call to the prospect

    Finish button

    An action button that should be clicked when a scheduled call has been placed. Clicking this will

     - Set the status field to complete

     - Set the Actual Date to be = Today()

    View button

    Will open the right hand pane to display text comments that were input in respect to the call

 

  1. Select the Call History record that you are interested in click the corresponding View button to the right of the record..
  2. Any text that was entered when the call history record was created is shown in the pane on the right.
