Typically, when a job order is received, the client will supply instructions for how they want the decorated output of the job order to be dealt with.
Usually the decorated stock will be despatched - a process known as fulfilment within strokeone.
It is possible that the client instructs that you store the decorated products on their behalf until a future date when they will requested that it is despatched.
The key point is that when a job is being written up, it is good practice to have received from the client instructions as to how they would like the decorated output dealt with - either stored or despatched via one or more fulfilments.
If when you have written up the job you have not received instructions, strokeone has functionality to notify the client requesting that they provide instructions - see Sending Notification to the Customer that Delivery Information Needed.
Assuming they have sent instructions for despatch, then as part of the job write up process, you can create and populate one or more fulfilments on the job order.
This is covered extensively in the Fulfilments Module of this user guide, so please see the following topics:-
