Art Module

This module provides the functionality to view, interrogate and maintain records that are associated with all aspects of art work as they pertain to job orders.

Clicking on a button will navigate you to a respective layout where you can perform additional functions.

These can be summarised as follows:-

Button	Associated Functionality
To Be Done	Navigates you to the ArtWork Required list layout, where you can:- View orders that require ArtWork to be created / processed. View the detailed information on an ArtWork Required record. (Optionally) add any received files onto the ArtWork Required record. Once create, add Colour Visuals to an ArtWork Required Record Notify clients that Colour Visuals created for them are awaiting their approval (If necessary), manually update Colour Visuals as approved. Record Costs associated with creating / processing Art Work Mark ArtWork Required records as being ready for invoicing.
