A screen set can be flagged as a pre-check priority.
A found set of screen sets that exist and have print runs outstanding (and therefore eligible for checkover) may result in a list that is too large to efficiently manage, so a pre-check priority flag exists to manage the list accordingly.
The above noted found set will indicate screen-sets that are required again on a print-run, and as such those that should be prioritised in terms of drawing the screen set down from their current location - whether that is archived, or in post print wash area - such that they can then be fast tracked for pre-checks to aid efficient workflow.
Flagging as pre-check priority is a way of quickly denoting those screen sets required for immediate production and checking over those that although required, are not as time sensitive.
See Understanding the Life cycle of a Screen for more details.
This topic will instruct you how to navigate to, and update records in the Stencils Required layout to flag them as priority for pre-checks.
Note: this topic does not instruct in how you physically draw down or pre-check a stencil set - that is a process external to strokeone.
Ensure that:you have opened the Screens Control list layout within strokeone.
From within this population, using the Date Required flag, identify a workable number of screen-sets that you wish to prioritise to be drawn down and sent to pre-check
