Generating a Client Storage Cost Report

Background

When you store items that are owned by clients, you may wish to charge them for providing this service.

strokeone provides you with functionality to do this in the form of a Storage Report.

Prerequisites

Ensure that you have logged onto strokeone, and that you have opened the companies list layout

Procedure

1. Locate the company that you wish to generate a storage report for.
   
2. Click the Storage Report button to the right of the company record identified in step 1)
   
   
3. The Storage Report for the client is print previewed.
   
   
4. You can print and then send this report to the client for payment.
