Locking a User Account

Prerequisites

Before you attempt to create a user logon account, ensure that :-

1. You have logged onto strokeone
2. A staff member record exists for the person with the User Account you wish to Lock.
3. You have opened the person's staff detail layout

Procedure

1. Within the Staff Detail layout, select the Bank, Job and Login tab.
2. To Lock a User Logon Account for the staff member, click the Lock Account button.
