Grade

Grade and Level are used as numerical values that not only serve to classify the Training Module,. but they are used as the linkage mechanism when assigning training tasks to a training module.

Therefore at least one number should be added, and it should be unique within the Training Modules for a Department.

A suggested mechanism would be to use the following number syntax:-

Grade: A numerical value to denote the difficulty / skill level of the Training Module
Level: A numerical value to represent the creation sequence of the Training Module within the Department. Therefore this number increments each time a training module for a department is created.

For example, consider the first training module created for the Art Department, Level is set as one.

The next time a training module is created for Art, the Level value is incremented

Assigning Training Tasks to a Training Module

Once a Training tasks have been assigned, the Training Module can be in turn assigned to a staff member.
