This topic will instruct you how to add a record that schedules a call with a company. Once a call record has been scheduled it will appear in the Calls List Layout.
Ensure that you have opened the Calls List Layout

The company that the call is scheduled with. This will
already have been populated with the company you selected

Phone number from the contact. |

Mobile number from the contact. |

This is automatically time-stamped with the date when you created the record in step 1) |
Clicking the Notes
button, brings up a pop up window which allows you to enter additional
information regarding the scheduled call.

Once created, the call record is stored against the corresponding Company, and can be viewed and actioned on the Correspondence tab on the Company detail record.
